The Last Wild
The last wild is a book about a boy named Kester Jaynes who is stuck in a world were there are no animals. The animals have been affected by the red eye disease, also known as the berry eyes.He can't talk, not since his mother died and he was brought to the Hall. He sees a cockroach, which talks to him. He is amazed that he can talk to animals. Kester leaves with the cockroach, who he calls the General. He meets other animals, some humans, and becomes the Wildness.
I recommend this book to 8~any age, because it has a lot of excitement and scary parts. I enjoyed the book, and I give it 4 stars.
