Daily 5

Here are some sentences that explain what Daily Five is. It was a bit hard, and me and Jessie aren't finished yet. We only got to do three, but there are five: Read to self, Work on writing, Word Work, Read to someone, and follow ups.

Word Work
This week for word work, I did an activity called colourful words. We had our words, and we did each letter a different colour. It was fun and a bit hard to select the colours.


Grandparents Day
Today, Friday, is grandparents day. We had to write an Acrostic Poem using words like Grandparent, Nana, Granddad and so on. Here is mine. The words I used are Nana Tess because my Nana's name is Tess. It was a bit hard to think of all the sentences, but I found some words to start my sentence.
