Oliver Nocturne: The Demon Hunter

Author/illustrator: Kevin Emerson

Genre: Fantasy, Fiction,

Characters: Oliver/Nathan, Emalie, Dean, Bane, Oliver's Vampire mum and dad, Half Light and others.

There were lots of attacks made by animals/vampires on humans, making the vampires secret existence suspicious to the humans. Oliver thinks that Bane (his vampire brother) has done the kill, since he has learnt occupying skills. Oliver, Emile and Dean go to save Bane from Half Light and have a big adventure and all the evidence soon connect together.

I would give this book a rating of    stars

I recommend this book for 10~12 yr olds

  1. Kia Ora Hannah, it's Kyra here. I like your reflection on the Demon Catcher because there is a good reflective statement. This reminds me of the 30 BC challenge. Maybe next time you could tell the reader why you would give this book 4/5 stars. Ka Pai!

I don't know if you would like this book, but you might. I found a few more books in the school library, but they all have a yellow sticker on them. If you want, you can borrow this book and see if you like it! And this is the 22nd book in my 30bc challenge.

      Thanks for commenting, Katelynn!

I got the book from a second hand store, and my Nan bought it for me. The book is for anyone, but it is more boyish. I think Katelynn is borrowing it first, and I also have to find it again.

      Thanks for commenting, Richard!

As you can probably see, Katelynn and Richard will borrow it first, then you can. I got it from a second hand store, and my Nana bought it for me.
