This week for word work, I wrote the meaning and a sentence for each word. Here is my work.
Next time I will write try longer sentences.
Writing
This week we are working on our writing topic. My topic is Katherine Johnson. She worked at NASA and helped them get the shuttle to fly and land safety. I learnt about her when I watched hidden figures. I haven't finished yet but I will show you when I do.
We also did some goals for literacy. Here is mine.

It's hard for us to imagine fighting through so much prejudice to achieve the things those black female mathematicians working for NASA did. I'm very pleased you decided to study Katherine Johnson for literacy. Do you help finding more resources about her?
