This book is by Chris Grabenstein, published June 2013. The story is abput a boy named Kyle Keely and his friends, who had to write a report about what they are excited about in the new library. Kyle did his at the last second, only able to write "The balloons. I am excited about the balloons" on a piece of paper. 12 students get to go to Mr. Lemoncello's library, and win some great things.
My favorite part of the book is doing the last puzzle, firstI figued out the rebus, then I did as it told me. If you want to know more, you have to read the book yourself! I found the book at Grey District Library, but you can buy it on bookdepository.com. I rate it 4 stars because it is a great book, but I would like more puzzles.
